I was just talking about the need for core shadows in drawing the other day while I was at the JABComix forum and I felt like mentioning something here.
If you want to make ass or tits (any object, really) pop, putting in a good core shadow is your holy grail. The core shadow is a second darker shadow. It really helps give an object a sense of shape and depth.
Check out this pic by Ignacio Noe. There’s core shadows all over.
Look at how Serpieri make these ass cheeks pop with that extra shadow.
