Don’t feel too sorry for them, in the previous pic they were bragging too much for defeat the villainess too easily – so, they’re basically paying the price for being reckless. 😉

Ah, and they’re not real too. ^^

From time to time somebody ask me why Kras doesn’t color his own works. My answer is always something like “he takes too much time doing them” – in the time he would dedicate to color a single pic, he could do around 6 inked pages of a comic.

Not that he’s lazy or somethig, but he’s too damn perfectionist – and a computer to somebody like him is a bless and a curse, because after a couple hours he decides something isn’t right in a pic, then start to redo it – both color AND the lineart.

Anyway, here’s a sample of what I’m talking. Took him near two days to reach this point of the pic. The overall result is pretty, I know, but the time for it…

Someday this little redhead will get a back pain from… ahem… ‘exercise’ too much.

This is what we usually do in our day-to-day work. Most of the time are commissioned stories for websites and/or for personal use. Heroines, villains, lots of punches and stuff. None of this material reaches legiocomix, of course – and unfortunately. Last time I checked, since we started the website, we did at least 10 stories, around 24 pages each. Super-heroines, monsters, smut, LOTS of smut, of course. 😀

For legiocomix, it was only two – Burning the Midnight Oil and Sister Lux. My hope is that we could someday, if not invert this numbers, at least even them.

Well, this week, today, to be precise, we started another comic there, this time starring two of our favorite girls (meh, thats a lie… we like them all) doing shameful things, as usual. ^^ Here’s a variant color for the first page, a darker tone. If there’s anybody here, reading all this nonsense I’m writing, what you think of it? Better? Worse? Anything?

You know, sometimes it’s a bit frustrating, but we can’t blame anyone but ourselves for it. 😀

This pic was made back in 2007, and it’s a major spoileage of a story we recently finished for legiocomix. Nobody noticed that or commented it after it’s completion. So thats the frustrating part – maybe if somebody noticed, he didn’t care enough to comment. Of course, two years to have 26 pages done its a lot of time – thats the part where we can’t blame anyone but ourselves.

Well, at least people can see that we make a plan and stick to it, don’t matter the time it takes to complete it. 😀
