–Shia Labeouf in real sex scene by Nelson Ayala, Actor Shia Labeouf will be in the buff next month when he reports for work on the set of acclaimed international filmmaker Lars von Trier controversial new film “The Nymphomaniac.” The psycho-sexual drama follows a woman’s (Charlotte Gainsbourg) erotic life from youth to age 50 as she vividly recounts her experiences to her husband (Stellan Skarsgard). While details about LaBeouf’s character remain a mystery, the 26-year-old “Transformers” star has revealed what taking on the part requires.
–Playboy lawsuit by Rhett Pardon, David Long Jr., the man who sued Playboy Enterprises International because he was charged more than women at a Playboy Mansion event, has had his day in court.
And he lost.
Not only did he lose, but he incurred about $6,000 in court fees not counting his own attorneys fees after a federal judge in Los Angeles agreed with Playboy, granting summary judgment in the adult entertainment publisher’s favor. But now Long plans to go one step further and take his case to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The 9th Circuit has not yet decided whether it will hear his appeal. Playboy, in its request for summary judgment, said that it wasn’t the party that set any discriminatory pricing, and that all it did was rent out the Playboy Mansion to a third party for a non-Playboy-sponsored charitable event.
Long, a self-proclaimed “partier,” had sued Playboy and John Doe defendants because an event called the “White Party” in 2009 included gender-based pricing where female customers were offered a free or reduced price admission as long as they abided by the terms of entry.
According to court documents, men were required to pay at least $625 to attend the party while promoters issued complimentary tickets to “gorgeous ladies only.” “Other, presumably less-attractive, women were charged $350,” according to the complaint, which alleges violations of California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act and Gender Tax Repeal Act and unfair competition claims.

-Candida Royalle at the Erotic Cinema Conference By Bob Johnson, Veteran adult performer, director and founder of Femme Productions, Candida Royalle, will take part in the first International Film Festival of Female Directors of Erotic Cinema to be held in Mexico.
“Cinema and Sex, the Feminine Glance” takes place Aug. 20-26, at the Cultural Center Tlatelolco of the National Autnomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and the Lido Cinema, operated by National Film Archives and the Ministry of Culture. Royalle will discuss her work and introduce her feature, “Eyes of Desire,” at screenings throughout the week.

-No Porn on Microsoft’s Skydrive Cloud By Bob Johnson, Microsoft won’t let users store porn files or video on its SkyDrive cloud service when its new Windows 8 OS and Windows 8 phone are launched this fall.
The tech giant’s Windows Live code of conduct is restricting any form of nudity including “non-human forms such as cartoons, fantasy art or manga” (even in private folders).
“You will not upload, post, transmit, transfer, distribute, or facilitate distribution of any content (including text, images, sound, video, data, information or software) or otherwise use the service in a way that: depicts nudity of any sort, including full or partial human nudity, or nudity in nonhuman forms such as cartoons, fantasy art or manga; incites, advocates, or expresses pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, profanity, hatred, bigotry, racism, or gratuitous violence,” the code states.
Violators will not just get slapped on the wrists but could be shut down from the cloud completely and even lose their Outlook email account, MS Office and Xbox 360 device software, and any legit Windows apps.
